Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless an error was made on our part. We strive to represent all items with complete honesty, including actual product photos and accurate, detailed descriptions.

Because our products are offered at nearly half the price of major retailers, we confidently sell all items as-is and do not accept returns.

We encourage you to carefully review product details—including sizing, colors, and item type—before placing your order. Please keep your pet's measurements in mind when making your selection. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us prior to completing your purchase.

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, we will gladly refund or replace your order. However, please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. To resolve such issues, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for further instructions.

Shipping​

All orders are processed and shipped from our shop within 1–3 business days. We ship via USPS, using either Ground Shipping (estimated delivery in 3–5 business days) or Priority Mail (estimated delivery in 2–3 business days.)

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a shipping confirmation.
